Excav8 is based in Edinburgh and owns and operates two 360° excavators, a 1.5 ton Takeuchi and a 5 ton Bobcat. We can however, hire and operate virtually any size of digger from micro diggers, which will go through side fences and doorways, to 13 ton excavators, which are capable of lifting up to 4 tonnes. We also have great contacts with relevant suppliers to enable us to buy materials at great rates.
As well as excavators we also have access to almost every conceivable type of plant from hydraulic breakers to dumpers, telehandlers and road planers.
Excav8 has a wealth of experience in operating various plant and is professionally qualified to operate numerous machines. Unlike a lot of companies we also hold professional indemnity insurance.
We specialize in self builds and extensions, but have recently completed a new build project in Broxburn of 3 houses, including all foundations, drainage, roads, driveways and services.
